Refund / Returns

Please keep in mind that this pieces are vintage and as a such could come with common signs of wear. Any significant signs of wear will be written and documented with a picture in the product description.

Please ensure you read the description before committing to your purchase. If you have any additional questions please contact me by email. I am here to provide additional info (photos, measurements, etc.) if needed.

Orders can be returned in exchange for store credit.

We have a 10-day refund policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund/store credit.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us at least 7 days after you received your order at ecosimplykind@gmail.com.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be contacted by email with your personal store credit code.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that Sales items are excluded from above policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, you feel it is not as stated or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
